Delivery
With Santiori, you enjoy the luxury of free shipping—no additional taxes or hidden fees on any order.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way at our Track & Trace page. Our Client Assistants are also available to assist with any delivery questions.
Please note that it can take up 2 to 3 days after placing your order before the order is visible.
Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 days.
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with estimated transit times of 6 to 9 days for most regions and up to 14 days for select destinations.
If you need to update your shipping or delivery information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping details, including the delivery address.
Please note that for orders made through PayPal, shipping and delivery information cannot be changed once the order has been submitted.
Exchange & Returns
At Santiori, returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days after delivery by sending the item back via carrier to the address provided on the return form.
To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must meet the following requirements:
- All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the original tags attached. Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. For lingerie products, the protective seal (if provided) must also remain intact.
- Returns on items will only be accepted if the pricetag has not been removed.
- Intimate items, including swimwear, tights, socks, and lingerie, can only be returned in new condition. These items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all labels still attached.
Please ensure that all returned items meet these criteria to ensure a smooth refund process.
Returning your order can be done in three easy steps:
Step 1: Send an email to info@santiori.com with the subject: 'Return Request [order number].' Attach photos of the product and explain the reason for the return. We will review your request. If approved, we’ll send you a return form.
Step 2: Fill out the return form you received.
Step 3: Send your order back.
Ship the product along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. You are responsible for the shipment, so make sure to include a Track & Trace code to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 4: Receive your refund.
Processing time of the refund will vary between different payment providers.
Orders
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Union Pay and all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.
The Santiori website is equipped with SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment details. Please note that we do not store any credit card information.
For any questions or further assistance regarding your payment, one of our Client Assistants is ready to assist and provide support whenever needed.
Product availability can be viewed directly on the product page. Certain exclusive collections are only accessible by contacting a Client Assistant.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee any changes once the order has been submitted.
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified, but you may return the item according to Santiori’s Online Return Policy.
